Scholarships

In cooperation with Aims Community College Adult and Continuing Education and upon their recommendation, Zonta offers GED subject test vouchers to cover the cost of the four tests.

The YWLA recognizes young women, ages 16-19, who demonstrate leadership skills, commitment to civic causes, and dedication to build a better world for women and girls.

For a college student accepted into a major in the STEM fields, this is a one-time award of $2,000. Applications are usually due March 1, with decisions by April 15, and the grant is made for the following academic year directly to the college in the student’s name.

The Zonta Club of Greeley recognizes that not all women can/want to pursue postsecondary education leading to a BA/BS degree. For some, conditions may dictate a more practical approach: pursuit of a brief program leading to a certificate or license and immediate employment.
